an effort to assist the New England Arts community,
Love Thy Job proudly announces its latest service
for artists: A New England Artist Database! Ahtspot.com
is a place to post news, events, jobs, and even
something about you. Ahtspot serves two
types of customers-artists in the New England
area and those that are interested in supporting
the arts.
For New England
artists, Ahtspot offers both free and affordable
services in an online community where all artists
can promote their work, collaborate and flourish.
Some of the challenges involved with being an
artist include marketing your work, networking
with other artists, and finding supportive services,
especially outside your own immediate community.
Please take advantage of our site by signing
up for your own Ahtspot listing. You can also
use this database to meet and collaborate with other artists. And
don't forget to search the Jobs
section, a regularly updated listing of arts-related
employment opportunities throughout New England.
For patrons of the
arts, we have created a user-friendly site allowing
you to immerse yourself in the arts. Ahtspot understands
that better access to the arts promotes social
change, educational opportunities, thriving communities,
and creative inspiration. We encourage you to
actively become a part of the New England arts
community by using our Events and News sections for information about artistic and cultural
events all over New England. There are so many
artists in New England with incredible amounts
of talent-spend time searching our Ahtists
section to get acquainted with them. And then
attend their events, purchase their work, support
their causes, and spread the word.

get exposure. We know that websites are a popular
way for any artist to be found on the internet.
However we found that most artists lack the experience,
knowledge, or money for a professional looking
website.
Some build websites
with no organization or large image files. These
sites are difficult to navigate or have really
long load times. Others choose free sites that
are riddled with pop up ads that annoy the viewer
and often cause them to inevitably lose web traffic.

Flash site, but then the artists have neither money
